At Itravel-in-morocco Morocco, we strive to provide a fair and transparent booking experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions for cancellations and refunds for tours, activities, and travel experiences booked through our website.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the tour date.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 3 and 6 days before the tour date.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 72 hours before the tour or in case of no-show.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

3. Cancellations by the Operator

A tour may be cancelled due to adverse weather, insufficient participants, safety or operational issues, or force majeure. In such cases, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • Reschedule or exchange for another tour of equal value.

4. Modifications to Bookings

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees.
  • If no suitable option is available, standard cancellation terms apply.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the meeting point or at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued.

6. Refund Procedure

  • Tour date
  • Reason for cancellation

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

7. Force Majeure

In extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Itravel-in-morocco may modify, postpone, or cancel bookings. Refunds will follow the specific situation and local regulations.
